I have been in virtual pharmaceuticals for the last ten years and I have worked with many contract organizations. Finding a contractor that exhibits exemplary customer service, attention to detail, and commendable quality systems can sometimes be challenging. The communication between project management and the laboratory is crucial for good client relations, yet it is sometimes not prioritized. The systems in place at Gibraltar for the laboratory operations and project management are detail-oriented and provide proper sample handling, documentation, and client communication. Today’s pharmaceutical contractor relationships demand precise and timely communication. Gibraltar excels at both. It is simply a joy to do business with Gibraltar.

While in a time pinch and requiring an updated GLP study, I called Gibraltar Labs for a quote. The sales department was very knowledgeable and fast in responding to my requirements and the molecular biology/virology department was able to meet my deadline. The study was completed on time and the price was very competitive. I would recommend Gibraltar and will use them again myself

From their Sales Representatives, Laboratory Management, and Technicians I have received professional guidance and expert advice on protocols, requirements and the efficient conduct of needed testing. Their staff, on a number of occasions, has gone beyond the scope of a typical business relationship to provide test reports on “days off” to facilitate our release and timely shipment of medical supplies. I never hesitate to rely on Gibraltar to provide for my special needs because I have always been made to feel that they are partners in my business.

Dr. Prince and his team at Gibraltar have been very successful in using their creativity in designing microbiology studies that resulted in obtaining FDA marketing clearance. The use of microbiology and scientific principles in their study design provided essential data to demonstrate not only efficacy but clinical relevance that was key in both FDA approval and for marketing introduction.
