The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reviewing all pesticidal Active Ingredients (ADBAC and DDAC) for re-registration. Quaternary Ammonium compounds (QUATS) are included. The objective of the EPA is to confirm that all pesticidal products covered under FIFRA are properly labeled and have data to support all claims of efficacy. The original announcement dates back to about 1988.  Gibraltar is supporting registrants for the submission of GLP Chemistry and GLP Efficacy to substantiate public health claims. Our Sponsor’s are advised that we believe that EPA expects the data to be submitted by September 2006 or the registrant’s registration will be cancelled.
