From their Sales Representatives, Laboratory Management, and Technicians I have received professional guidance and expert advice on protocols, requirements and the efficient conduct of needed testing. Their staff, on a number of occasions, has gone beyond the scope of a typical business relationship to provide test reports on “days off” to facilitate our release and timely shipment of medical supplies. I never hesitate to rely on Gibraltar to provide for my special needs because I have always been made to feel that they are partners in my business.

Dr. Prince and his team at Gibraltar have been very successful in using their creativity in designing microbiology studies that resulted in obtaining FDA marketing clearance. The use of microbiology and scientific principles in their study design provided essential data to demonstrate not only efficacy but clinical relevance that was key in both FDA approval and for marketing introduction.

I have had the opportunity to work with Gibraltar Labs on several projects for a number of different companies. These projects involved sterilization validation for both Gamma and Steam sterilization, biocompatibility testing, cleaning validations, bioburden testing and more. It has been my experience that Gibraltar Labs personnel are very cooperative and professional, and their testing is done in a timely manner. They have also helped me come to understand the field of biological testing, and when they have written a protocol for me that have taken the time to explain the details and rational for the testing. Since the projects that I have worked on with them are with startup companies I also appreciate that they are competitive with their pricing.

In short I would freely recommend Gibraltar Laboratories to others.

We consider Gibraltar Laboratories as research partners, which work with us to design commercially focused studies to support our business needs. Dr Prince and his team are always professional, flexible and study results are produced on time and are reasonably priced. On several occasions, we have requested studies to be performed at short notice and the team at Gibraltar has always been accommodating and prepared to go the extra mile to get the work completed. Technically, the team at Gibraltar has a wide experience in microbiological efficacy testing and chemical analysis studies and we have used their regulatory knowledge and scientific experience to help guide us through FDA submissions.
